Zander & Ingeström (Z&I) was established in 1898 by Oskar Zander and Bengt Ingeström in Stockholm, Sweden. Z&I has been a leading provider of medium voltage electrode boilers for almost 100 years. We are the original inventor and pioneer of the immersion electrode steam and hot water boiler. Our company headquarter remains in Stockholm, Sweden, where our management and R&D team is located. Our R&D organization has been refining electrode boilers since its introduction, bringing improvements to meet the latest electrical grid and customer operating requirements. We are constantly making improvements to these boilers to complement them with the latest controls and instrumentation. We work with manufacturing partners worldwide that help us produce pressure vessels according to local requirements such as PED, ASME, and CRN.
